Terms of Use
Terms governing use of the ParosFix website and service enquiries.
1. About These Terms
These Terms apply to the use of the ParosFix website. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Website Information
Website content is provided for general information about ParosFix services. It does not by itself create a binding service agreement, guarantee availability, or constitute a final quotation.
3. Service Requests and Quotes
Submitting a contact form, email, phone call or WhatsApp message is an enquiry only. Any scope of work, price, timing, exclusions and payment terms should be confirmed separately before work begins.
4. Specialist and Third-Party Services
Some requests may require independent specialist professionals or third-party providers. Where ParosFix coordinates such services, the specific responsibilities, pricing and contractual relationship should be confirmed for the relevant job.
5. Client Information and Access
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information relevant to the requested work and, where necessary, safe and lawful access to the property, equipment or areas concerned.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the ParosFix name, branding, website design, text and original website materials may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.
7. External Links
The website may link to third-party services such as Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp. ParosFix is not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third-party websites or platforms.
8. Liability
We aim to keep website information accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item of information will always be complete or current. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Greek law, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or protections that may apply.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version published on this website will apply to future use of the site.
